Then one of the twelve, who was called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests


and said, “What will you give me if I betray him to you?” They paid him thirty pieces of silver.


“You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.”


While he was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, arrived; with him was a large crowd with swords and clubs, from the chief priests and the elders of the people.


When Judas, his betrayer, saw that Jesus was condemned, he repented and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders.


Then Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went to the chief priests in order to betray him to them.


Immediately, while he was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, arrived, and with him there was a crowd with swords and clubs, from the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders.


Then Satan entered into Judas called Iscariot, who was one of the twelve;


While he was still speaking, suddenly a crowd came, and the one called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He approached Jesus to kiss him,


The devil had already decided that Judas son of Simon Iscariot would betray Jesus. And during supper


But among you there are some who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who were the ones who did not believe and who was the one who would betray him.


He was speaking of Judas son of Simon Iscariot, for he, though one of the twelve, was going to betray him.


When they had entered the city, they went to the room upstairs where they were staying: Peter, and John, and James, and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James son of Alphaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas son of James.


to take the place in this ministry and apostleship from which Judas turned aside to go to his own place.”
