So all Israel was enrolled by genealogies, and these are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel. And Judah was taken into exile in Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.


We do not see our emblems; there is no longer any prophet, and there is no one among us who knows how long.

To the others he said in my hearing, “Pass through the city after him and kill; your eye shall not spare, and you shall show no pity.


I will cut off the ruler from its midst and will kill all its officials with him, says the Lord.
