The anger of the Lord was kindled against Uzzah, and God struck him there, and he died there beside the ark of God.


David was afraid of the Lord that day; he said, “How can the ark of the Lord come into my care?”


Because you did not carry it the first time, the Lord our God burst out against us because we did not give it proper care.”


But this was very displeasing to Jonah, and he became angry.


But God said to Jonah, “Is it right for you to be angry about the bush?” And he said, “Yes, angry enough to die.”
