Otherwise, if you say a blessing with the spirit, how can anyone in the position of an outsider say the “Amen” to your thanksgiving, since the outsider does not know what you are saying?


Let all that you do be done in love.

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, To the church of God that is in Corinth, together with all the saints throughout Achaia:


And why? Because I do not love you? God knows I do!


I will most gladly spend and be spent for you. If I love you more, am I to be loved less?


For God is my witness, how I long for all of you with the tender affection of Christ Jesus.


I reprove and discipline those whom I love. Be earnest, therefore, and repent.
