TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE "VERSELINKER" PLUGIN

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the "VerseLinker" plugin ("the Plugin") for WordPress, you ("the User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Plugin.

2. Description of Service

"VerseLinker" is a WordPress plugin that enriches the content of your website by automatically identifying and linking Bible verse references. The Plugin offers two modes of operation:

• Default Mode: Links Bible references and, when hovering over them, displays the text of the verse obtained from the BibliaTodo.com API.
• Simple Link Mode: Only links Bible references to the corresponding Bible study page on BibliaTodo.com, without displaying the verse text or sending data to the API.

3. Use of the Plugin

You agree to use the Plugin in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the configuration and use of the Plugin on your website.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Plugin (or any part thereof) with or without notice. 6. Intellectual Property

The "VerseLinker" Plugin and its source code are the exclusive property of Bibliatodo.com and its licensors. The Plugin is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, both in the United States and other countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bibliatodo.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Plugin; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Plugin; (iii) any content obtained from the Plugin; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

While Bibliatodo.com generally allows the use of its content, images, news, and resources in different contexts, if you wish to create a WordPress plugin that integrates with the data, databases, or any other exclusive content of Bibliatodo.com, you must obtain written authorization for such use.

Any unauthorized use of the "VerseLinker" Plugin with the content of Bibliatodo.com will result in the immediate termination of any previously granted permission and may result in legal action.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bibliatodo.com.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bibliatodo.com and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Plugin, or b) a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Plugin, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Plugin.
