Numbers 34 - The Scriptures 1998

¹ And יהוה  spoke to Mosheh, saying,

² “Command the children of Yisra’ĕ

³ ‘Then your southern border shall be from the Wilderness of Tsin along the border of Eḏ

⁴ ‘Then your border shall turn from the southern side of the Ascent of Aqrabbim, continue to Tsin, and be on the south of Qaḏ

⁵ ‘And the border shall turn from Atsmon to the wadi of Mitsrayim, and it shall end at the Sea.

⁶ ‘As for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea for a border, this is your western border.

⁷ ‘And this is your northern border: From the Great Sea you mark out your borderline to Mount Hor,

⁸ from Mount Hor you mark out your border to the entrance of Ḥ

⁹ and the border shall proceed to Ziphron, and it shall end at Ḥ

¹⁰ ‘And you shall mark out your eastern border from Ḥ

¹¹ and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riḇ

¹² ‘And the border shall go down along the Yardĕ

¹³ And Mosheh commanded the children of Yisra’ĕ

¹⁴ “For the tribe of the children of Re’uḇ

¹⁵ “The two tribes and the half-tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Yardĕ

¹⁶ And יהוה  spoke to Mosheh, saying,

¹⁷ “These are the names of the men who divide the land among you as an inheritance: Elʽ

¹⁸ “And take one leader of every tribe to divide the land for the inheritance.

¹⁹ “And these are the names of the men. From the tribe of Yehuḏ

²⁰ “And from the tribe of the children of Shimʽ

²¹ “From the tribe of Binyamin: Eliḏ

²² “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Dan: Buqqi son of Yogli.

²³ “From the sons of Yosĕ

²⁴ “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Ephrayim: Qemu’ĕ

²⁵ “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Zeḇ

²⁶ “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Yissasḵ

²⁷ “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Ashĕ

²⁸ “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Naphtali: Peḏ

²⁹ These are the ones יהוה  commanded to divide the inheritance among the children of Yisra’ĕ
