1 Chronicles 27 - The Scriptures 19981 And the children of Yisra’ĕ 2 Over the first division for the first month was Yashoḇ 3 of the sons of Perets, and the chief of all the commanders of the army for the first month. 4 And over the division of the second month was Doḏ 5 The third commander of the army for the third month was Benayahu, son of Yehoyaḏ 6 This was the Benayahu who was mighty among the thirty, and was over the thirty, and in his division was Ammizaḇ 7 The fourth for the fourth month was Asah’ĕ 8 The fifth for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Yizraḥ 9 The sixth for the sixth month was Ira son of Iqqĕ 10 The seventh for the seventh month was Ḥ 11 The eighth for the eighth month was Sibbeḵ 12 The ninth for the ninth month was Aḇ 13 The tenth for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarḥ 14 The eleventh for the eleventh month was Benayah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephrayim, and in his division were twenty-four thousand. 15 The twelfth for the twelfth month was Ḥ 16 And over the tribes of Yisra’ĕ 17 Lĕ 18 Yehuḏ 19 Zeḇ 20 the children of Ephrayim: Hoshĕ 21 the half-tribe of Menashsheh in Gilʽ 22 Dan: Azar’ĕ 23 But Dawiḏ 24 Yo’aḇ 25 And Azmaweth son of Aḏ 26 And Ezri son of Keluḇ 27 And Shimʽ 28 And Baʽ 29 And Shitrai the Sharonite was over the herds that fed in Sharon, and Shaphat son of Aḏ 30 And Oḇ 31 and Yaziz the Hagrite was over the flocks.
