¹ For the divisions of the gatekeepers: Of the Qorḥ

² And the sons of Meshelemyahu: Zeḵ

³ Ě

⁴ And the sons of Oḇ

⁵ Ammi’ĕ

⁶ Also to Shemayah his son were sons born who ruled their fathers’ houses, because they were able mighty men.

⁷ The sons of Shemayah: Othni, and Repha’ĕ

⁸ All these were of the sons of Oḇ

⁹ And Meshelemyahu had sons and brothers, eighteen able men.

¹⁰ Also Ḥ

¹¹ Ḥ

¹² These divisions of the gatekeepers, among the chief men, had duties like their brothers, to serve in the House of יהוה.

¹³ And they cast lots for each gate, the small as well as the great, according to their father’s house.

¹⁴ And the lot to the east fell to Shelemyahu. Then they cast lots for his son Zeḵ

¹⁵ to Oḇ

¹⁶ to Shuppim and Ḥ

¹⁷ On the east were six Lĕ

¹⁸ As for the Parbar on the west, there were four on the highway and two at the Parbar.

¹⁹ These were the divisions of the gatekeepers among the sons of Qoraḥ

²⁰ And of the Lĕ

²¹ The sons of Laʽ

²² The sons of Yeḥ

²³ Of the Amramites, the Yitsharites, the Ḥ

²⁴ even Sheḇ

²⁵ And his brothers by Eliʽ

²⁶ This Shelomoth and his brothers were over all the treasuries of the set-apart gifts which Sovereign Dawiḏ

²⁷ Some of the booty won in battles they set apart to maintain the House of יהוה.

²⁸ And all that Shemu’ĕ

²⁹ Of the Yitsharites, Kenanyahu and his sons were for the outward duties as officials and judges over Yisra’ĕ

³⁰ Of the Ḥ

³¹ Of the Ḥ

³² And his brothers were two thousand seven hundred able men, heads of fathers’ houses, whom Sovereign Dawiḏ
