NAS: but He shattered me, And He has grasped me by the neck
KJV: but he hath broken me asunder: he hath also taken [me] by my neck,

HEB:זָכַ֥רְתִּי וְנִבְהָ֑לְתִּי וְאָחַ֥ז בְּ֝שָׂרִ֗י פַּלָּצֽוּת׃
NAS: And horror takes hold of my flesh.
