HEB:מוּסָ֣ד מוּסָּ֔ד הַֽמַּאֲמִ֖ין לֹ֥א יָחִֽישׁ׃
NAS: firmly placed. He who believes [in it] will not be disturbed.
KJV: foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
