HEB:הָאִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֶבְחַר־ בּ֖וֹ מַטֵּ֣הוּ
NAS: whom I choose will sprout.
KJV: rod, whom I shall choose, shall blossom:
INT: of the man whom choose the rod will sprout
Isaiah 66:4
