Jesus is God with us.
Jesus was born on earth like a real human being. By entering into the space and time he became similar to the humans so that we could be with God forever. There is always the dilemma about why he called himself Jesus and not Immanuel. It turns out that it was not that he would have that name, but that he would be recognized for this nature, as God manifested in flesh, since then and forever. How do we know this? In the book of Matthew we found the Greek word Ἐμμανουήλ (Emmanouél) which is a word of Hebrew origin, that means “God with us”.
Isaiah 7:14; 8:8 Matthew 1:23.
The begotten son (John 1:18).
