YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Moab, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime;
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Edom, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because he pursued his brother with the sword and cast off all pity, and his anger raged continually, and he kept his wrath forever;
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Tyre, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment; because they delivered up the whole community to Edom, and didn’t remember the brotherly covenant;
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Gaza, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they carried away captive the whole community, to deliver them up to Edom;
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Damascus, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron;
her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife after she is defiled; for that would be an abomination to YHWH. You must not cause the land to sin, which YHWH your God gives you for an inheritance.
You must not bring the hire of a prostitute, or the wages of a male prostitute, into the house of YHWH your God for any vow; for both of these are an abomination to YHWH your God.
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Israel, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have sold the righteous for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals;
YHWH says: “For three transgressions of Judah, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have rejected YHWH’s law, and have not kept his statutes, and their lies have led them astray, after which their fathers walked;
But know y’all must know-know that if y’all put me to death, y’all will bring innocent blood on yourselves, on this city, and on its inhabitants. For in truth YHWH has sent me to y’all to speak all these words in y’all’s ears.”
Moreover Manasseh shed innocent blood very much, until he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; in addition to his sin with which he made Judah to sin, in doing that which was evil in YHWH’s sight.
