Better is open rebuke than hidden love.
One who rebukes a person will afterward find more favor than one who flatters with the tongue.
Those who sin, reprove in the sight of everyone, so that the others may have fear.
But when I saw that they didn’t walk uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the ethnic groups to live as the Jews do?
“If your sibling sins against you, go, show them their fault between the two of you alone. If they listen to you, you have gained them back.
“‘You must not hate your sibling in your heart. You must rebuke-rebuke your neighbor, and not incur sin because of him.
