The way of the sluggard is like a thorn patch, but the path of the upright is a highway.


We know that whoever is born of God doesn’t sin, but the one who was born of God keeps them safe, and the evil one cannot touch them.


The highway of the upright is to depart from evil. Those who guards their way preserves their soul.


Whoever keeps the commandment keeps his soul, but the one who is contemptuous in their ways will die.


Good understanding wins favor, but the way of the unfaithful is hard.


For he is cast into a net by his own feet, and he wanders into its mesh.


The one who guards their mouth guards their soul. But those who opens their mouth wide come to ruin.


Hᴇ who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.


On the wicked ʜᴇ will rain burning coals and brimstone, a scorching wind will be the portion in their cup.


y’all need to know-know that YHWH y’all’s God will no longer drive these nations from before y’all. Instead they will be a snare and a trap to y’all, a scourge in y’all’s sides, and thorns in y’all’s eyes, until y’all perish from this good land which YHWH y’all’s God has given y’all.


The result of humility and the fear of YHWH is wealth, honor, and life.


An evil person is snared by their sin, but the righteous can sing and be glad.


The way of the wicked is like darkness. They don’t know what they stumble over.
