I am the vine; y’all are the branches. The one who remains in me and I in them bears much fruit, for apart from me y’all can do nothing.


The remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah will again take root below, and bear fruit above.


In days to come, Jacob will take root. Israel will blossom and bud. They will fill the surface of the world with fruit.


He lurks in secret as a lion in his ambush. He lies in wait to catch the helpless. He catches the helpless when he draws him in his net.


That person will be like a tree planted by streams of water, that produces its fruit in season, and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever they do prospers.


But now, having been liberated from sin and enslaved to God, y’all have the fruit of sanctification and the outcome of eternal life.


Y’all didn’t choose me, but I chose y’all and appointed y’all so that y’all would go and bear fruit, and that y’all’s fruit should remain. And so that whatever y’all ask in my name, the Father will give to y’all.


The rich man’s wealth is his strong city. The destruction of the poor is their poverty.


The nations have fallen into the pit they made. Into the net they hid, their own foot has been caught.


The godly man has perished out of the earth, and there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; every man hunts his brother with a net.


The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life. The one who is wise wins souls.


The soul of the wicked desires evil; his neighbor finds no mercy in his eyes.
