On the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover lamb, his disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and prepare for you to eat the Passover?”
In the first month, y’all are to eat unleavened bread from the evening of fourteenth day of the month until the evening of twenty-first day of the month.
Y’all are to care for it until the fourteenth day of the same month, and then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel will slaughter it at twilight.
Moses said to the people, “Remember this day when y’all came out of Egypt, out from the house of slavery, for YHWH brought y’all out with a mighty hand. No leavened bread may be eaten.
Now it was two days before the Passover and the Festival of Unleavened Bread, and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might arrest him secretly and kill him.
