For the commandments, “You must not commit adultery,” “You must not murder,” “You must not steal,” “You must not covet,” and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”


For ʜᴇ who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not commit murder.” Now if you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.


You know the commandments: ‘You must not commit adultery,’ ‘You must not murder,’ ‘You must not steal,’ ‘You must not give false testimony,’ ‘You must honor your father and your mother.’”


This means that no one should violate and take advantage of a sibling, because the Lord is an avenger in all such things, as we told y’all earlier and solemnly warned y’all.


For the whole law is fulfilled in this one statement: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”


Tell me, y’all who want to be under the law, don’t y’all listen to the law?


For by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified before ʜɪᴍ, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.


Turn to the law and to the covenant! If they don’t speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.


Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.
