When Jesus saw this, he was indignant and said to them, “Y’all let the little children to come to me! Don’t y’all stop them, for the Empire of God belongs to such as these.

Then Jesus said, “Y’all must let the little children come to me and do not stop them. For the Empire of Heaven belongs to ones like these.”


See that y’all don’t despise one of these little ones. For I tell y’all that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.


Therefore, whoever humbles themselves like this little child is the greatest in the Empire of Heaven.


y’all should crave pure spiritual milk like newborn babies, that by it y’all may grow up in salvation,


and from infancy you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.


No lie was found in their mouths. They are blameless.


I am reminded of the sincere faith within you, which lived first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and, I am convinced, is in you also.

But Hannah didn’t go up, for she said to her husband, “Not until the child is weaned; then I will bring him, that he may appear before YHWH, and stay there forever.”
