In the house, his disciples asked him again about the same matter.
He came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house he asked them, “What were y’all discussing on the way?”
When he came into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we cast it out?”
When he was alone, those around him and the twelve asked him about the parables.
What therefore God has joined together, let no human separate.”
He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.
