Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Then Jesus said to them, “Y’all are only going to have the light for a little while longer. Walk while y’all have the light, so that darkness doesn’t overtake y’all. Whoever walks in the darkness doesn’t know where they are going.
Who among y’all fears YHWH and obeys the voice of ʜɪꜱ servant? Let the one who walks in darkness and has no light, trust in the name of YHWH, and rely on his God.
Indeed, he says, “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel. I will also give you as a light to the nations, that you may be my salvation to the end of the earth.”
For this is what the Lord commanded us, ‘I have set you as a light for the ethnic groups, that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’”
But for y’all who fear my name, the sun of righteousness will arise with healing in its wings. Y’all will go out and run around like calves released from the stall.
Let’s acknowledge YHWH. Let’s press on to know YHWH. As surely as the sun rises, YHWH will appear. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain that waters the earth.”
And the angels who didn’t keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, ʜᴇ has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.
While y’all have the light, believe in the light, that y’all may become children of light.” Jesus said these things, and then he departed and hid himself from them.
