The officers answered, “No one ever spoke like this man!”
All were speaking well about him and marveling at the gracious words that came from his mouth. Yet they said, “Isn’t this Joseph’s son?”
Look, he is speaking publicly, and they say nothing to him. Do the rulers really know that he is the Christ?
