It was just before the feast of the Passover. Jesus, knowing that the time had come when he would depart from this world to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
David said, “What have I to do with y’all, sons of Zeruiah? Have y’all become my adversaries today? Should anyone be put to death today in Israel? Do I not know that I am king over Israel today?”
The king said, “What have I to do with y’all, sons of Zeruiah? Because he curses, and because YHWH has said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who can say, ‘Why have you done this?’”
Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?” Thinking he was the gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will take him away.”
He said of his father, and of his mother, ‘I have not seen him.’ He didn’t acknowledge his brothers, nor did he know his own children; for they have observed your word, and keep your covenant.
From now on, we don’t view anyone from a fleshly perspective. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, but now we no longer know him that way.
