Y'all Version Bible

Now therefore let y’all’s hands be strong and be valiant. For Saul your* lord is dead, and also the house of Judah has anointed me king over them.”

Finally, y’all be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.


Y’all be courageous! Let’s be courageous for our people and for the cities of our God. May YHWH do what seems good to ʜɪᴍ.”


all the valiant men arose, went all night, and took the body of Saul and the bodies of his sons from the wall of Beth Shan; and they came to Jabesh and burned them there.

Y’all must stay alert and must stand firm in the faith! Y’all must be courageous and strong!


Now may YHWH show kindness and faithfulness truth to y’all. I also will reward y’all for this kindness, because y’all have done this thing.


Now Abner the son of Ner, captain of Saul’s army, had taken Ish-bosheth the son of Saul and brought him over to Mahanaim.


I told them about the hand of my God which was good on me, and also about the king’s words that he had spoken to me. They said, “Let’s rise up and build.” So they strengthened their hands for the good work.


So all the elders of Israel came to the king to Hebron. King David made a covenant with them in Hebron before YHWH, and they anointed David king over Israel.


Then he brought out the king’s son, and put the crown on him, and gave him the covenant, and they made him king. They anointed him and clapped their hands, and said, “Long live the king!”
