2 Chronicles 17:9

Y'all Version Bible

They taught in Judah, having the book of YHWH’s law with them. They went about throughout all the cities of Judah and taught among the people.

For if y’all believed Moses, y’all would believe me, for he wrote about me.


Much in every way! First of all, they were entrusted with the words of God.


If anyone speaks, let it be with the words of God. If anyone serves, let it be from the strength which God supplies, so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.


After appointing a day for him, they came to his lodging in even larger numbers. He explained to them from morning until evening, testifying about the Empire of God, working to persuade them about Jesus from the law of Moses and the prophets.


For since ancient times, Moses has been preached in every city and has been read in the synagogues every Sabbath.”


After the reading of the law and the prophets, the synagogue officials sent word to them, saying, “Brothers, if y’all have any word of exhortation for the people, y’all can speak.”


Philip appeared at Azotus and traveled through, preaching the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.


“Y’all search the Scriptures, because y’all think that in them y’all have eternal life. These Scriptures testify about me,


When Jesus finished instructing his twelve disciples, he left that place to teach and preach in their cities.


But when they persecute y’all in this city, flee into the next, for truly I tell y’all, y’all will not have gone through the cities of Israel until the Son of Humanity comes.


Turn to the law and to the covenant! If they don’t speak according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.


Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law; and the people stayed in their place.


He said to the Levites who taught all Israel, who were holy to YHWH, “Y’all are to put the holy ark in the house which Solomon the son of David king of Israel built. It will no longer be a burden on y’all’s shoulders. Now serve YHWH y’all’s God and ʜɪꜱ people Israel.


Now for a long time Israel was without the true God, without a teaching priest, and without law.


Moreover in Jerusalem Jehoshaphat appointed certain Levites, priests, and heads of the fathers’ households of Israel to give judgment for YHWH and for controversies. They returned to Jerusalem.


For the lips of the priest should preserve knowledge, and people should seek the instruction from his mouth, for he is the messenger of YHWH Almighty.
