2 Chronicles 15:9

Y'all Version Bible

He gathered all Judah and Benjamin, and those who lived with them out of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Simeon; for they came to him out of Israel in abundance when they saw that YHWH his God was with him.

After them, out of all the tribes of Israel, those who set their hearts to seek YHWH, the God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to YHWH, the God of their fathers.


Then the church throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and was being built up. Living in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, the church increased in number.


All the assembly of Judah, with the priests and the Levites, and all the assembly who came out of Israel, and the foreigners who came out of the land of Israel and who lived in Judah, rejoiced.


Some of Manasseh also joined David when he came with the Philistines against Saul to battle, but they didn’t help them, for the lords of the Philistines sent him away after consultation, saying, “He will desert to his master Saul to the jeopardy of our heads.”


So Israel rebelled against David’s house to this day.


All Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged, and they were in awe of the king, for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him to do justice.


Saul saw and knew that YHWH was with David, and that Michal, his daughter, loved him.


His master saw that YHWH was with him, and that YHWH made all that he did prosper in his hand.


So they gathered themselves together at Jerusalem in the third month, in the fifteenth year of Asa’s reign.


“You, son of humanity, take one stick and write on it, ‘For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions.’ Then take another stick, and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions.’


They said, “We saw-saw that YHWH was with you. We said, ‘Let there now be an oath between us, even between us and you, and let’s make a covenant with you,


Jehoshaphat lived at Jerusalem; and he went out again among the people from Beersheba to the hill country of Ephraim, and brought them back to YHWH, the God of their fathers.
