David perceived that YHWH had established him king over Israel, for his kingdom was highly exalted, for his people Israel’s sake.

Water will flow from his buckets. His seed will be in many waters. His king will be higher than Agag. His kingdom will be exalted.


But as for me, this mystery is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but to the intent that the interpretation may be made known to the king, and that you may know the thoughts of your heart.


For if you are silent-silent now, then relief and deliverance will come to the Jews from another place. But you and your father’s house, y’all will be destroyed. Who knows, perhaps you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.”


Then Huram the king of Tyre answered in writing, which he sent to Solomon, “Because YHWH loves his people, he has made you king over them.”


Blessed is YHWH your God, who delighted in you, to set you on the throne of Israel. Because YHWH loved Israel forever, therefore he made you king, to do justice and righteousness.”


Your house and your kingdom will be made sure forever before you. Your throne will be established forever.”’”


This was a small thing in your eyes, O God, but you have spoken of your servant’s house for a great while to come, and have respected me according to the standard of a man of high degree, YHWH God.


Now therefore tell my servant David this: ‘YHWH Almighty says, “I took you from the sheep pen, from following the sheep, to be prince over my people, over Israel.


If you listen-listen to the voice of YHWH your God and are careful to do all ʜɪꜱ commandments which I command you today, YHWH your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.


Hiram king of Tyre sent messengers to David with cedar trees, masons, and carpenters, to build him a house.


David took more wives in Jerusalem, and David became the father of more sons and daughters.


I will give to your servants, the cutters who cut timber, twenty thousand cors of beaten wheat, twenty thousand baths of barley, twenty thousand baths of wine, and twenty thousand baths of oil.”
