Son of man, say thou to the prince of Tyre, The Lord God saith these things, For thine heart was raised [up], and thou saidest, I am God, and I sat in the chair of God, in the heart of the sea, since thou art man and not God, and thou gavest thine heart as the heart of God;
and the land of Egypt shall be into desert, and into wilderness, and they shall know, that I am the Lord. For that that thou saidest, The flood is mine, and I made it,
And when I spake yet, and prayed, and acknowledged my sins, and the sins of my people Israel, that I should set forth meekly my prayers in the sight of my God, for the holy hill of my God,
From the beginning of thy prayers a word went out. Forsooth I came to show to thee, for thou art a man of desires; therefore perceive thou the word, and understand thou the vision.
Also, ye young men, be ye subject to elder men, and all show ye together meekness; for the Lord withstandeth proud men, but he giveth grace to meek men.
