Therefore I cleansed them from all aliens, and I ordained the orders of priests and of deacons [or Levites], each man in his service,

But our Lord is God, whom we forsake not; and [the] priests of the sons of Aaron minister to the Lord, and deacons [or Levites] be in their order;

and that we should not give our daughters to the people of the land, and that we should not take their daughters to our sons.

And [the] priests and deacons [or Levites] were cleansed, and then they cleansed the people, and the gates, and the wall.
