And they shall bewail him with wailing, as on the one begotten son; and they shall make sorrow on him, as sorrow is wont to be made in the death of the first begotten son.

Blessed be mild men, for they shall wield the earth.

And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.

And it was Mary, which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hairs, whose brother Lazarus was sick.

Be ye wretches, and wail ye [or weep ye]; your laughing be turned into weeping, and [your] joy into sorrow of heart.
