And now trespass is always among you, for ye have dooms among you. Why rather take ye not wrong? why rather suffer ye not deceit [or fraud]?

For ye suffer, if any man driveth you into servage, if any man devour-eth, if any man taketh, if any man is enhanced [by pride], if any man smiteth you on the face.

For also to bound men ye had compassion, and ye received with joy the robbing of your goods, knowing that ye have a better and a dwelling substance.
