Was the baptism of John of heaven, or of men?

I shall rise up, and go to my father, and I shall say to him, Father, I have sinned into [or against] heaven, and before thee;

And Jesus answered, and said to them, And I shall ask you one word; answer ye to me.

And they thought within them-selves, saying, For if we say, Of heaven, he shall say, Why then believe ye not to him?

A man was sent from God, to whom the name was John.
