And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, while the gates were shut, and stood in the middle, and said, Peace to you.

Lord, thou shalt give peace to us, for thou hast wrought all our works in us.

Whether rather I shall hold my strength? It shall make peace to me, it shall make peace to me,

Forsooth hills [or mountains] shall be moved together, and little hills shall tremble together; but my mercy shall not go away from thee, and the bond of my peace shall not be moved, saith the merciful doer, the Lord.

And after six days Jesus took Peter, and James, and John, his brother, and led them aside into an high hill,

But after at the last, when the eleven sat at the meat, Jesus appeared to them, and reproved the unbelief of them, and the hardness of heart, for they believed not to them, that had seen that he was risen from death.

And while they spake these things, Jesus stood in the middle of them, and said to them, Peace to you; I am, do not ye dread.

And it was done after these words almost eight days, and he took Peter and James and John, and he ascended into an hill, to pray.

Therefore Thomas, that is said Didymus, said to even-disciples, Go we also, that we die with him.

Peace I leave to you, my peace I give to you; not as the world giveth, I give to you; be not your heart afraid [or troubled], nor dread it.

Therefore when it was even [or eventide] in that day, [in] one of the sabbaths, and the gates were shut, where the disciples were gathered, for dread of the Jews, Jesus came, and stood in the middle of the disciples, and he saith to them, Peace [be] to you.

And he saith to them again, Peace to you; as the Father sent me, I send you.

Afterward Jesus again showed him to his disciples, at the sea of Tiberias. And he showed him thus.

Now this [is the] third time Jesus was showed to his disciples, when he had risen again from death.

to whom he showed himself alive after his passion, by many arguments, [or provings], appearing to them forty days, and speaking of the realm of God.
