and laid before the feet of the apostles. And it was parted to each, as it was need to each.

For of the ministry that is made to holy men, it is to me of plenty to write to you.

as it is written, He dealed abroad, he gave to poor men, his rightwise-ness dwelleth without end.

He that hath the chattel [or the substance] of this world, and seeth that his brother hath need, and closeth his entrails from him, how dwelleth the charity of God in him?
