Therefore men Jews be, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, which thou hast ordained on the works of the country of Babylon. Thou king, these men have despised thy decree; they honour not thy gods, and they worship not the golden image, which thou raisedest.

In like manner, whether also Rahab, the whore, was not justified of works, and received the messengers, and sent them out by another way?

For so is the will of God, that ye do well, and make the unknowing-ness of unprudent [or unwise] men to be dumb.
