The cords of hell encompassed me; the snares of death have gone before me.
And if they be in chains, and be bound with the ropes of poverty,
The sorrows of death encompass-ed me; and the perils of hell found me. I found tribulation and sorrow;
proud men hid a snare to me. And they laid forth cords into a snare; they setted a trap to me beside the way.
