Forsooth the residue of the words of Jeroboam II, and all things that he did, and the strength of him, by which he fought, and how he restored Damascus, and Hamath of Judah, in Israel, whether these be not written in the book of [the] words of [the] days of the kings of Israel?

Also Elisha came to Damascus, and Benhadad, king of Syria, was sick; and they told to him, and said, The man of God came hither.

and asked of him letters into Damascus, to the synagogues; that if he found any men or women of this life, he should lead them bound to Jerusalem.
