I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to the LORD, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

You have made us like sheep for food, and have scattered us amongst the nations.

God, why have you rejected us forever? Why does your anger smoulder against the sheep of your pasture?

They fell on their faces, and said, “God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and will you be angry with all the congregation?”
