Iesus cried again with a loud voice and yielded up the ghost.

And one ran, and filled a sponge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave it him to drink, saying: let him alone, let us see whether Helias will come and take him down.

And Iesus cried with a great voice and said: Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit. And when he thus had said, he gave up the ghost.

As soon as Iesus had received of the vinegar, he said: It is finished, and bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

Which in the days of his flesh, did offer up prayers and supplications, with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death: and was also heard, because he had God in reverence.
