Take heed to your selves, if thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him: and if he repent, forgive him.
¶ Then came Peter to him, and said: master, how oft shall my brother trespass against me, and I shall forgive him? shall I forgive him seven times?
¶ Take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be overcome, with surfeiting and drunkenness, and cares of this world: and that, that day come on you unawares.
¶ Take heed therefore that ye walk circumspectly: not as fools: but as wise,
And see that no man be destitute of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble: and thereby many be defiled.
¶ Brethren if any of you err from the truth, and another convert him,
Look on yourselves, that we loose not that we have wrought: but that we may have a full reward.
