Abraham said unto him: they have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them.

For Moses of old time in every city hath them that preach him, and he is read in the synagogues every saboth day.

And he began at Moses, and at all the prophets, and interpreted unto them, in all scriptures which were written of him.

¶ The law, and the prophets reigned until the time of Ihon: Since that time, the kingdom of God is preached, and every man striveth to go in.

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place, where it was written:

Tell me ye that desire to be under the law: have ye not heard of the law?
