Be ye harbourous, and that without grudging.
Distribute unto the necessity of the saints.
Gaius mine host and the host of all the congregations, saluteth you. Erastus saluteth you, the chamberlain of the city. And Quartus a brother, saluteth you.
And let every man do according as he hath purposed in his heart, not grudgingly, or of necessity. For God loveth a cheerful giver.
¶ Do all thinge without murmuring and disputing,
Yee and a bishop must be faultless, the husband of one wife, sober, of honest behavior, honestly apparelled, harbourous, apt to teach,
but harbourous, one that loveth goodness, of honest behavior, righteous, holy temperate,
Nevertheless, without thy mind, would I do nothing, that that good which springeth of thee should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.
To do good, and to distribute forget not, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Be not forgetful to be kind to strangers. For thereby have divers received angels into their houses unawares.
Grudge not one against another brethren, lest ye be dampned. Behold the judge standeth before the door.
