Hereby know we, that we dwell in him, and he in us: because he hath given us of his spirit.

And we have not received the spirit of the world: but the spirit which cometh of god, for to know the things that are given to us of god,

Know ye not how that your bodies are the temple of the holy ghost, which is in you, whom he have of God, and how that ye are not your own?

And hereby we know that we have known him, if we keep his commandments.

Whosoever keepeth his word, in him is the love of God perfect in deed. And thereby know we that we are in him.

And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that there abideth in us of the spirit which he gave us.
