You however have remained with me amid my trials;
but those who stand firm to the End shall be saved.
Jesus therefore said to those of the Jews who had now believed in Him, »As for you, if you hold fast to my teaching, then you are truly my disciples;
to occupy the place in this ministry and Apostleship from which Judas through transgression fell, in order to go to his own place.«
For inasmuch as He has Himself felt the pain of temptation and trial, He is also able instantly to help those who are tempted and tried.
For we have not a High Priest who is unable to feel for us in our weaknesses, but one who was tempted in every respect just as we are tempted, and yet did not sin.
