And he said, Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD. So they made him ride in his chariot.

And it shall be for a sign to thee upon thy hand, and for a memorial between thy eyes; that the LORD'S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thy heart:

And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and behold, if the scall spreadeth not, and there is in it no yellow hair, and the scall is not in sight deeper than the skin;

(And behold, a woman who was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment.

And he said to them, Ye are they who justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men, is abomination in the sight of God.

Who devour widows' houses, and for a show make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.

For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

How can ye believe, who receive honor one from another, and seek not the honor that cometh from God only?

He that speaketh from himself, seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, with which thou coverest thyself.

And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thy hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thy eyes.

Some indeed preach Christ even from envy and strife; and some also from good will.

Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
