Then he said to the disciples, It is impossible but that causes of sin will come: but woe to him by whom they come!

But he turned, and said to Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan; thou art an offense to me: for thou savorest not the things that are of God, but those that are of men.

Woe to the world because of offenses! for it must needs be that offenses come; but woe to that man by whom the offense cometh!

Notwithstanding, I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, who calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit lewdness, and to eat things sacrificed to idols.
