For the Kingdom of Heaven is like an employer who went out in the early morning to hire laborers for his vineyards.

When he went out about five, he found some other men standing there, and said to them 'Why have you been standing here all day long, doing nothing?'

In the evening the owner of the vineyard said to his steward 'Call the laborers, and pay them their wages, beginning with the last, and ending with the first.

We must do the work of him who sent me, while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work.

"What are we to do to these men?" they asked one another. "That a remarkable sign has been given through them is obvious to every one living in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.

Now to him who is able to strengthen you, as promised in the Good News entrusted to me and in the proclamation of Jesus Christ, in accordance with the revelation of that hidden purpose, which in past ages was kept secret but now has been revealed

For you know that every one will be rewarded by the Master for any honest work that he has done, whether he is a slave or a freeman.

That Truth which has been hidden from former ages and generations. But now it has been revealed to God's People,

For God is not unjust; he will not forget the work that you did, and the love that you showed for his Name, in sending help to your fellow Christians--as you are still doing.
