In any case, a man should continue to live in the condition which the Lord has allotted to him, and in which he was when God called him. This is the rule that I lay down in every Church.

Brothers, let every one remain in the condition in which he was when he was called, in close communion with God.

I should wish every one to be just what I am myself. But every one has his own gift from God-one in one way, and one in another.

And, not to speak of other things, there is my daily burden of anxiety about all the Churches.

We are sending with him the Brother whose fame in the service of the Good News has spread through all the Churches;

For you, Brothers, began to follow the example of the Churches of God in Judea which are in union with Jesus Christ; you, in your turn, suffering at the hands of your fellow-citizens, in the same way as those Churches did at the hands of the Jews--

So much is this the case that we ourselves speak with pride, before the Churches of God, of the patience and faith which you have shown, in spite of all the persecutions and troubles that you are enduring.
