My desire is to bless those who bless you, but whoever curses you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.

And I will bless her, and moreover, I will give you a son from her. I will bless her and she will give rise to nations. Kings of the peoples will come from her.”

Your seed will be as the dust of the land, and you will burst forth to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed—and in your seed.

Also he is the father of the circumcised, to those not only circumcised but also walking in the footsteps of the trust of our father Abraham before his circumcision.

That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are children of God; rather, the children of the promise are counted as seed.

And if you belong to Messiah, then you are Abraham’s seed—heirs according to the promise.

By faith Noah, when warned about events not yet seen, in holy fear prepared an ark for the safety of his household. Through faith he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.

But this one—who did not have their genealogy—has collected tithes from Abraham and has blessed him, the one holding the promises.
