Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fullness of the Torah.

“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, so also you must love one another.
Owe no one anything except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the Torah.
For the whole Torah can be summed up in a single saying: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
If, however, you fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well.
